Food & wine pairing in our yard
Food has a place of origin. Wine does too. When they come from the same soil, they make sense together. One long table outside, an honest harvest and Armenian wines, shared the way a proper feast should be.
The idea
For one night we set a long table outside at Medina Space, a supper club evening dedicated to Armenian terroir. The menu was shaped entirely by the season and paired with wines that speak for the land they grew in. No walls, no rush, just the summer breeze and the kind of outdoor evening we wait for all year.
The table
We opened with a welcoming glass of pét-nat, then shared abundant plates: honest, farm-to-table dishes prepared simply so the ingredients could speak for themselves. The fresh harvest came from Arayi Farms, the bread from ERA Sourdough, and the wines from Parseghian Vineyards, including the Odz and Hazrvaz labels.
The evening
Fresh bread passed around the table, glasses raised to Armenian wines, and conversations that lingered long after sunset. The land became the host: seasonal harvest met local wine, simple ingredients became shared dishes, and strangers became a table of friends.
